Who we are
We are an Alaskan fishing family, deeply connected with the wild waters of Cook Inlet. With its brackish water, a mix of salty sea and fresh water runoff, this body of water has the second largest tides in the world.
Our fisherman live by the tides and have learned to follow the fish. Using traditional gill nets we pick and untangle each and every salmon by hand, handle it with care and place it directly on ice. What a mighty fish, the sockeye salmon! With it’s deep scarlet colored meat and brilliant silver skin, this is one of nature’s treasures packing about 30 grams of protein and 2,000 mg of brain building omega 3 fatty acid into each serving. We can’t wait to share our favorite food with you!
